Red Star Belgrade players continued to write new pages in the club's rich history in the 2023/24 season. The Red and Whites lifted the national cup trophy for the fourth year in a row, but at the same time continued to break their own records, as they also won a record fourth consecutive double crown.
The red and whites opened the Serbian Cup competition in the fall of 2023 with a 0:6 triumph over Trayal, when after an own goal by the home team, Sherif Endiaje, Nikola Knežević, Jovan Mijatović and Jovan Šljivić scored twice. Then, Red Star beat Radnicki Niš 5:0 at Marakana, where Endiaje and Knežević continued their scoring streak, and were joined by Aleksandar Katai, Vladimir Lučić and Zhan Filip Kraso.

In the quarterfinals of the national cup, Red Star defeated OFK Vršac at Marakana with a score of 3:0 (Endiaje, Katai and Bukari). The next opponent for our team was the eternal rival, with whom Vladan Milojević's team met in the semifinals of the most massive Serbian football competition and triumphed with a score of 2:0 (own goal and Peter Olanjinka). The time has come for the finals, and on a neutral field, at Lagator in Loznica, a victory was achieved over Vojvodina with a score of 2:1, where Mirko Ivanić and Uroš Spajić scored the goals of their rivals.
