In the first league club competition, our team defeated Željezničar 4:0, Vardar 2:1, and Partizan 4:3. The first match of the final was played in Tuzla against Sloboda, which ended in a 0:0 draw. The second leg in Belgrade ended in a 2:0 victory for Red Star Belgrade.
Crvena Zvezda can boast a large number of widely known trophies. In its rich history, the red and whites have also won cups in tournaments that were not as popular, but whose quality certainly earned the club the honor of being proud of them.
Ours Crvena Zvezda In 1969, the team faced off against the winner of the national cup - Dinamo Zagreb. The first match in Belgrade ended with a convincing 4:1 victory, and the return match in Zagreb ended with a 2:1 triumph for our team.
In 1972, Red Star Belgrade players faced Hajduk Split. The first match played in Split ended in our victory of 1:0, while in the second match in Belgrade we won 4:2.
We won first place with one defeat and a draw. In the first match, we won against Hajduk Split, and in the second match, we lost only against Sarajevo. The third match was marked by a victory against Željezničar, then against Dinamo Zagreb and Vojvodina. In the last match, which was uncertain, we drew against Partizan.
