Former Red Star and Vardar footballer and current coach - Dragi Kanatlarovski, was a special guest at a humanitarian event organized by the two aforementioned clubs. After the match played for charity, he was extremely pleased that the families affected by the tragedy in Kočani were helped.

Football club Crvena Zvezda traditionally hosted and made happy neglected children from Zvečanska, the Belgrade Children's Shelter, the Center for Family Accommodation and Adoption in Niš, the "Rada Vranješ" Children's Home in Banja Luka, as well as the "Dr Nikola Šumenković" Home for Children and People with Developmental Disabilities, located in the territory of the Petrovac na Mlavi municipality, at Marakana before Easter. 

Among the numerous former football players who participated in the humanitarian event held in Skopje was former Red Star and Vardar player Goran Popov.

After two rounds of the Champions League, Crvena Zvezda is in the top ten clubs of the best European football competition, when it comes to the accuracy of passes, as well as among the first five teams in terms of the number of crosses sent.

Our club's defender Jung Woo Seol is on the shortlist for the best player in Asia in the 2023 calendar year.

Zvezdin Magico - Aleksandar Katai wrote his name in golden letters in the history of our club, as well as of Serbian football, as he scored two goals against the Radnički team from Niš, overtaking Milan Bojović and becoming the top scorer in the history of the Super League.
