Zvezda's 30th time in the Champions League

From its foundation in 1945 until today, Zvezda is considered a club, which was a competitor in international competitions with numerous clubs in Europe. The first participation in the then KEŠ was achieved in the 1956/57 season, when we reached the semi-finals, and the greatest success was achieved in 1991 by winning the final and winning the "eared" cup.

Counting the format of KES, qualifications and group stages in the Champions League, Crvena zvezda was a participant in the most elite club competition 30 times. This puts our club in a high eighth place in a competition consisting of almost 100 clubs.

The leader in terms of the number of seasons played is certainly Real Madrid, and behind Zvezda there are many giants such as Barcelona, Liverpool, Manchester United, Inter, Milan and others.
