Already in the eleventh minute, Zvezda had a new opportunity, and Darije Markočević was a fraction of a second late on Uroš Tegeltija's good cross, and the ball ended up in the hands of Stefan Papić. Three chances were enough for Red Star to get the lead. The Tegelti brothers combined beautifully on the right side, Dragan found Uroš, who played past Maksimović, and Zvezda's Messi, in an attractive way, checked the helpless Rada net keeper with a volley. It seemed that they would go to the break with the score 0:1, however, Veljko Vukojević sent a great pass to Uroš Ilić, who tried to find one of his teammates in the penalty area of the cadet club from Banjica, but the ball caught the opponent's stopper - Aleks Ivić, tricked Papić and ended up in the net.

The red and white continued their attacks in the second part of the game, they were a much more dangerous rival with more possession, so in the 52nd minute it was already 0:3 for our team. First, Markočević and Uroš Tegeltija had good opportunities in the 49th and 50th minutes, which they failed to use, and only two minutes later, Andrija Maksimović scored his second goal of the match, and his 28th overall in the Serbian Cadet League. Uroš Ilić made a phenomenal cross from the left flank, Zvezda's Messi then overcame the entire defensive line of "Građevinar" and sent a header, which was deflected by Stefan Papić, but only to Maksimović who scored routinely and increased the advantage of Red Star. Until the end of the game, there were still plenty of opportunities in front of Rada's goal, and the best was seen in the 87th minute when Aleksa Vasilić outsmarted his guards, but Rada's goalkeeper managed to turn his shot into a corner.
