The youngsters are convincing in the eternal derby

Zvezda had a great opportunity already in the fourth minute. Đorđevvić was played with a great long ball in the opponent's box, but the early lead for the red and whites was prevented by goalkeeper Banjić. Kostov first had a new chance for Zvezda in the ninth minute, which was blocked, and then Stojković also shot, but that ball went just wide of the goal. Stojković's phenomenal "slalom" in the 12th minute was not rewarded with a goal for Zvezda because the visitors' stoppers managed to kick the ball out before Đorđević could kick it.

After a brisk and better start by Zvezda, a somewhat slower period of the game followed, in which our youngsters "consolidated" in the middle of the field and totally dominated possession. The visitors were looking for their opportunities from the counterattack, but our defenders handled it calmly and confidently. The visitors had a phenomenal opportunity in the 27th minute of the match, but Draškić prevented Partizan from scoring a sure goal with a brilliant "reflex" intervention.

In the 28th minute, the incredible Vasilije Kostov beautifully "opened" his foot from 25 meters after a penetration by Stojković, and very easily checked Banjić, hitting the right corner of the Partizan goal. Zvezda took the lead in this "eternal" derby with his beautiful goal. Đorđević was rewarded for his aggressiveness with a stolen ball before Partizan's penalty kick, but he hit the outside of the net in a "100%" chance.

He threatened Ristovski in the 50th minute when he sent something between a kick and a cross, but Banjić was up to the task. However, the Partizan goalkeeper's concentration dropped in the 66th minute when he passed the ball to Aleksa Vasilić's legs, and the specialist for eternal derbies in the younger selections scored.

After a mistake by the visiting goalkeeper in the 66th minute of the game, Vasilić used the "gift" and Zvezda took the lead with 2:0. Just a minute later, Crvena Zvezda "exploded". After a perfect pass from Tošić into the area, Nikola Tasić ran past Banjić and gave Zvezda a convincing advantage of 3:0. Zvezda was able to score another goal through Tasic, ten minutes later, but the result did not change.
