The team of Nenad Milijaš started the duel with their recognizable style of play, and were the better and more dominant opponent in the opening minutes. We saw the first serious chance for our team in the 13th minute when Stojsavljević passed on the left side, then played for Cvetković who shot, but the home goalkeeper intervened. Just two minutes after the great action of Zvezda and Tegeltija's play, Bubanj shot, which was blocked at the last moment, and the red and whites won a corner. In the 32nd minute, the Mladost team took the lead with a goal by Nedeljković. Just four minutes later, Nenad Milijaš's players managed to level the score. Stojsavljević assisted Veljko Vukojević, who first brilliantly deceived the opponent's defense on the left flank, and then shot powerfully from a difficult position, scoring a phenomenal goal for 1:1. In the 43rd minute, the fast-footed Vukojević passed the entire Mladost defense by himself, in a similar way as when he scored a goal, then he sent an excellent shot towards the goal, but the ball hit the post, and Tegeltija did not manage to react to the deflection in the desired way and the ball finished over the goal.

In the second part of the game, the youth of Crvena zvezda continued to dictate the pace of the match, but we waited until the 67th minute for an excellent counter for our team. Cvetković led the attack, but there was no real solution in the end and the result remained unchanged. Two minutes later, Miranović shot hard, when the home goalkeeper intervened. In the 69th minute, we saw the best opportunity in the second part of the game, while the main actor was Veljko Milosavljević, who after a crowd in the penalty area and a pass from Stojsavljević could have given his team an advantage, but his attempt was blocked. Unfortunately, our youth players did not manage to get all three points in a difficult away game in Lucani, and they finished the match with a player less, after Nemanja Vidojević earned the second yellow card at the end.
