After arriving in Saint Petersburg in the early hours of the morning, settling in a hotel and having the opportunity to rest from the journey, our football players ran to the SC Zenit field at 6 p.m. Russia.
Considering that behind them is a long, long journey, Barak Bahar's chosen ones trained at a lighter intensity. At the very beginning, when everyone gathered in the center of the field and talked with the head of the coaching staff, they had the opportunity to warm up by running laps, and after that our players did activation exercises. The most interesting part of the training followed, when the soccer players were given tasks with the ball in pairs, given by Bahar. The player who would put the coach's idea into action would be the winner of the mini-duel, while the other would have to do push-ups. Interesting tasks with the ball alternated, and our first-team players mostly managed to fulfill the requirements, while in the moments when this did not happen, there was a lot of laughter and jokes, which beautified the training itself, but also depicted the great atmosphere that reigns in the ranks red and white.
At the very end of this 60-minute training session, our football players ran the length of the field with different intensity and thus put an end to the work during the first day of preparations in Russia.
