The heroes of the red and white team were Aleksa Petrović and Pavle Krstić, who scored a very important victory for our boys.

The red and white opened this match the way they wanted. Aggressive pressing bore fruit, and Damjanović had a "1 on 1" situation, but Majstorović managed to emerge as the winner of that duel. Slađan Nikolić's team played really well, opportunities kept coming, and only a goal was missing to crown an excellent period of play by our cadets. Zvezda's defensive line stood really high, thus allowing our whirlwind attackers to "camp" in front of Subotica's goal. Aleksa Petrović had a chance in the 16th minute, but Majstorović defended himself, and that attempt was "taken away" from him, as well as Žurić's shot two minutes later. After Jovanović's cross, Petrović shot but missed the goal. The goalkeeper of Spartak continued to parade in the 22nd minute, when Mrvaljević made an attractive shot from the edge of the box, but the home team's net remained untouched. Gradually, as the first half progressed, our team's opportunities became more and more dangerous, but a little luck was needed to shake the net of Subotica. Petrović had a new opportunity in the 36th minute, he shot from the edge of the penalty area, and Majstorović remained an unsolvable enigma for our boys, who dominated the first part of this game.

The beginning of the second part of the game looked like the end of the first half. Our cadets dominated possession and attacked, but the final pass was missing. Petrović again had the first big chance in the second half of the match, who was in the best position for shots in this match. This time, in the 59th minute, he shot with his head, but for the umpteenth time, the goalkeeper of the home team was up to the task.

In the last third of the match, Slađan Nikolić's team tried to break through the opponent's bunker with a different approach. With high pressing, it was impossible to overcome the opponent who defends with all 11 players behind the ball, so our boys started with shorter passes from the last line, in order not to draw the players in blue jerseys out of their half. That way of playing resulted in more dangerous chances. In the 77th minute, Baucal passed on the left flank and sent a cross to Damjanović, and the red-white striker shot just over the goal. Upon entering the game, Strika also had a "100%" chance, but the ball once again ended up over the goal, which was guarded by Majstorović. Spartak took the lead with a goal by Lukić in the 81st minute of the game.

The conceded goal gave our players extra strength at the very end of the game, and Aleksa Petrović finally broke through Spartak's "bulwark" in the 88th minute of the game, when he shot phenomenally from 20 meters and hit the net, making Majstorović powerless for the first time. This goal opened the door for the players in red and white, who, after scoring the first goal, shook the net for the second time. After a "surgically" precise pass into the area sent by Strik, Pavle Krstić went all the way, dribbled past the Spartak goalkeeper, and then shook the home team's undefended net.
