Despite the bad weather conditions and the rain that poured "like from a cable", it did not discourage Zvezda's first team from entering the new game completely attacking, and it all paid off already in the fifth minute. Namely, Mitrović outsmarted Đeković, who hit him in the shin, and the referee Đorđević pointed to the penalty spot, from where the safe performer was Jean-Philippe Crasso. After playing as a stopper at the start of the season, the all-rounder Mijailović moved to the middle of the field and sent a great pass to Bukari in the 12th minute, but the shot of the Ghana representative ended up over the goal. Stamenić, who today found himself in a somewhat more offensive role, attempted a shot in the 25th minute, but he shot wide of the post. The action ended in a similar way five minutes later, when Stamenić, after a series of dribbles on the left side, sent Lučić to work, and he shot wide.
