The youth selection of Crvena Zvezda celebrated in the second round of Group G of the Youth Champions League against Young Boys with a score of 2:1. The rival's resistance was broken in the 74th minute when Kosta Nedeljkovic sent a sharp pass to which the nimble Novak Gojkov ran and routinely beat the visitors' goalkeeper, so that the best move of the match was made by Jovan Mijatović at the end of the match and signed the victory of Nenad Milijaš's team.

Nenad Milijaš's team started the game brilliantly and in the second minute they were able to take the lead through Nedeljković, whose shot was tamed by Bajrami. We saw an excellent chance for the red and whites after the break in the eighth minute, when Vukičević dropped the ball for Milosavljević, whose shot was blocked, while Mijatović was in the right place, who shot from the edge of the box, but not strong enough to beat the Young Boys goalkeeper. . A beautiful counter was performed by the Zvezda youth in the 15th minute, when Cvetković played past Mijatović, who passed a deep pass for Nedeljković, but unfortunately his shot with his "weaker" leg was blocked after a "fake".
The crossbar of Draškić's goal in the 20th minute also shook when Bomo shot from the edge of the penalty area, but that did not discourage the players of our team who continued to attack. By the end of the half, Mijatović was again in the center of attention, fighting like a lion with the visitors' stoppers who could only stop him with fouls, but the Young Boys had a good chance in the 45th minute, when captain Vukičević managed to intervene from the goal line.
Immediately at the start of the second half, Nenad Milijaš's team created a new opportunity, and in the 48th minute, Nedeljković found Maksimović, who shook the outer part of the net. In the 55th minute, Petrović tried his shot from about twenty meters with his left foot brilliantly, when Bajrami saved his net with his last effort. This was followed by a corner, which was taken by a guy born in 2006, while Milosavljević was the highest in the jump, and the ball ended up over the goal. It was the 61st minute when Šljivić masterfully put the ball away for Maksimović with a popular heel, who shot violently from a distance, but the crossbar was an ally of Young Boys.
A goal was hanging in the air, and then followed the most beautiful action of the match and Novak Gojkov's goal in the 74th minute. Then they combined Maksimović, Mijatović and Nedeljković, who with a surgically precise pass found Gojkov at the second post, and the latter knocked the ball into an empty net. An almost identical action was played only a minute later, the only difference was that Maksimović shot from ten meters, but over the goal.
Mijatović proved how deadly he is in the 86th minute when Oguvide "carried" and picked up the ball, then went around Bajrami and routinely hit the opponent's net, who scored the honorable goal in stoppage time through Para, which set the final score.
