Stamenić gave useful advice to the gathered boys from several of our junior selections, both those that will mean something to them on the field, and those in life. He remembered the time when he came to Europe from New Zealand, and from the senior football he played there, he returned to junior football and played for Copenhagen's youth team. He believes that Europe offers many more opportunities for talented footballers, but leaving home and parting with his family was difficult for him.

Interestingly, although they don't cover his position, when he was growing up, his idols were Ronaldinho and Neymar. Toughest opponents? Rodri and Gundogan. However, Stamenić only started to take football seriously at the age of 10 and train regularly, although he brought valuable experience from the street to the first training session, considering that he spent his entire childhood with the ball.

When it comes to his teammates, he mostly hangs out with Omri Glazer, but he also gets along great with the younger players - Stefan Mitrović and Jovan Mijatović.
