In the early hours of the morning, the red and white team headed to England, and unlike the sunny weather that saw off the Zvezda players, on the other hand, rain greeted our footballers in Manchester. After an afternoon break at 18:30 British time, Barak Bahar's players arrived at the host stadium and prepared with full focus for the last training session before the important match.

The Manchester City stadium has 55,000 seats, and the support of a large number of star players is expected. However, first, in front of the empty stands, Zvezda's players ran onto the field to make the final preparations and adapt to all the conditions before the duel with the current European champion.

The training, with smiles and focus, began with an introductory activation. We witnessed static warm-up exercises, while the already prepared training ground was waiting ready for the next phase of training. The introductory part of the training was also marked by working with the ball, which "wrote" on the ideal grass surface of the Etihad stadium, during the exchange of red-white passes. Then we moved on to the popular "lark", which, as always, added to the atmosphere

Even the rain did not prevent our players from fully focusing on technical and tactical details until the end of training. Zvezda's goalkeepers were also valuable in a special part, who devoted themselves to preparing for the upcoming meeting in the Champions League.

After 60 minutes of hard training, the Crvena Zvezda players went on a mandatory rest, and tomorrow at 21:00 at the same place, they will celebrate with the current champion of the most prestigious competition in Europe.
