The "Elite School" of FC Crvena Zvezda represents a top football project aimed at the education, accelerated development and maturation of the young players of our club's Youth School.

Zvezda's youth is the future of the most trophy-winning Serbian club, and this is the postulate that always guides the leaders of our football academy. Throughout history, non-league football players have trained on the fields behind the Maracana, and currently we are witnessing that in the first team there are as many as nine players born at the Crvene Zvezda Youth School. In order to improve young football players in all fields at an early age, the "Elite School" was launched, which will contribute to rapid development precisely through diligent work with talented boys.

Namely, through the boarding school located next to the auxiliary fields under the north stand of the "Rajko Mitić" stadium, children are provided 24 hours a day with the necessary meals during the day, but with a special diet intended exclusively for athletes. Also, additional work on the field under the watchful eye of experienced football experts involved in the project is an integral part of the training of young players, in addition to training in the gym of the first team, in cooperation with a top fitness coach, who, in addition to numerous opportunities, also offers the boys recovery after hard matches. Special emphasis is placed on the education system and extracurricular activities, and in addition to regular attendance at school during the day, language learning is also included.

The initiator of the project and the initiator of the implementation of the "Elite School" is the former number ten and captain of our club, and now the technical director of Crvena zvezda - Marko Marin. Barak Bahar's assistant in the professional staff - Boris Savić is the head coach and the person in charge of daily work with the footballers, and with him is another former captain and member of the first team staff - Vujadin Savić.

Included in the program are Nikola Mikić, who also led the red and white team in the 21st century with the captain's armband, as well as former footballer Aleksandar Jevtić, as representatives of the Grafičar coaching teams, i.e. the youth selection of our club. A student of the Zvezda football academy and a player with a notable domestic and international career - Miloš Stojčev is in charge of talking with the little ones on a daily basis along with playing tips.

On the other hand, the people involved in the great education system are in daily communication with the coaches and coordinators of the Crvena Zvezda Youth School, who lead the players within the generation of football players, which is very important when interacting with players at a sensitive age.

The "Elite School" of FC Red Star is attended by 18 players, among them: Aleksa Cvetković (midfield, 2005), David Đurić (defense, 2006), Andrej Petrović (midfield, 2006), Veljko Vukojević (midfield, 2006), Veljko Milosavljević (defense , 2007), Vuk Roganović (defense, 2007), Adem Avdic (defense, 2007), Igor Bubanja (midfield, 2007), Petar Manojlović (midfield, 2007), Aleksa Vasilić (midfield, 2007), Uroš Đorđević (midfield, 2007 ), Đorđe Ranković (midfield, 2007), Stefan Mladenovski (attack, 2007), Aleksa Petrović (midfield, 2008), Pavle Štulić (midfield, 2008), Vasilije Kostov (midfield, 2008), Luka Zarić (midfield, 2008) , Aleksa Damjanović (attack, 2008).
