Zvezda equipped children from Orahovac and Velika Hoča for school

On the initiative of the club, children responded in large numbers to the book collection campaign in recent weeks, where the youngest star players made the biggest contribution to another socially responsible campaign of Red Star and delighted a large number of peers from Kosovo and Metohija.

The star is always there, especially for the little ones from Kosmet who once again delighted us with how much they support our club and how proud they are of being Serbian. The children first welcomed us in Orahovac when we distributed books to them, from the first to the eighth grade, as well as for the four grades of the Gymnasium. Everything was there, from textbooks to school supplies, so that they could study and get an education in peace, even though the fact is that they grow up in extremely difficult conditions.

Then we went to Velika Hoča, where we socialized with preschoolers and elementary school students, and gave them gifts in the form of textbooks, books, changing tables, notebooks, pencils... The difficult conditions in which Serbian children grow up in Kosmet moved us especially, but their smiles , as well as belonging to red and white, are something we will remember for the rest of our lives.

Kosmet has always been the heart of Serbia, and the most beautiful Serbian endowments in the form of monasteries and churches are only proof of the centuries-old life of our people in the territory that will forever be and remain Serbian. Tradition and faith are the strongest motive for the Serbian people to stay in Kosmet, and on this occasion, Red Star says that it will always be by its side and calls on everyone else to help those who need it the most.

The smiles, as well as the energy we carry from this trip are worth more than anything. The children who kept telling us how much we made their day, motivated us to continue being humane, as well as to try to be better people every new morning.
