Zvezda and Terzic - 10 years of success!

However, on that June 19, 2014, nothing was so great and fabulous. The workers were on strike, and there was no electricity at the Maracana, so the new head of the coaching staff had to be promoted on the terrace at that moment. And it didn't start from scratch, but from a deficit and a huge debt. The star was then far below the level it deserves based on its history and reputation.

In these 10 years, a lot has been done, and Zvezda is now at a strong European level. Participation in European competitions is taken for granted, and it would be tantamount to a disaster just to think that Zvezda would not be the champion of Serbia. Records are being broken and new pages of history are being written, and Zvezda's audience has never been so numerous and united around the success of their beloved club.

The plus 32 against the eternal rival, the magnificent night against Krasnodar in Salzburg, but also the scalp of Liverpool, the best team in the world at the time, will be remembered. That famous November 6, 2019 and 2:0 against Klopp's machinery is something that the whole world was talking about and something that will be talked about even in 100 years when it comes to Zvezda fans.

This was followed by a period of stability, great expectations that were fulfilled and the establishment of Zvezda as the most powerful club in the Balkans. Zvezda has also become a brand, a club that has no equal in this part of Europe.

We have become a bastion of the most talented Serbian football players, the Youth School was reorganized, and we have formed sixty national team players of whom we are proud today. New pitches were built, the stadium was modernized and it is keeping up with the biggest clubs in the world.

With Zvezdan Terzić at the head of the club, Zvezda managed to win eight titles and four cups, i.e. four double crowns, in these 10 years. During that time, Zvezda appeared three times in the group stage of the Champions League and four times in the Europa League, and another group stage is expected this fall.
