Zvezda brought 9 million euros to Serbian football

Based on the previous participation of our club since 2017, Serbian football has already been financed with over 15 million euros by UEFA, which makes a total of over 24 million euros of Red Star's contribution to Serbian football on this basis alone.

Once again, our club has shown that it does not play only for the stars and its successes, but for the entire Serbian football. The umbrella organization of European football gives money based on the placement of Red Star in the most elite competition, and it should be noted that UEFA itself decides how the money is spent.

In the last eight years, the Red and Whites participated in the group stage of the Champions League four times, while on the remaining four occasions they participated in the Europa League. On the great European journey, which is still ongoing, Red Star beat Liverpool, Olympiakos, Young Boys, Red Bull Salzburg and many other clubs that are now highly ranked in the UEFA list.

Bodo Glimt, a participant in the quarterfinals of the Conference League and a team that is constantly in the group stage of European competitions, was defeated this season. After a one-goal deficit, Bruno Duarte and Uroš Spajić hit the net to pass at the Maracana.
