We believe that all fans of Crvena Zvezda remember the famous visit of "Rossoneri" as part of the qualification for the Champions League in the 2006/07 season. Amazing football players and greats like Kaka, Dida, Inzaghi, Pirlo, as well as many others arrived at the Maracana, while the famous Carlo Ancelotti sat on the bench. Zvezda bravely stood up to a strong opponent, and the former number nine of our team managed to score a goal in an uncertain game. Assisted by Nikola Žigić, the whirlwind centre-forward beat one of the best goalkeepers in the history of the most important side event in the world. The match with the Italian team remained deep in the memory of all the star players, but also for Đokić, who recalled his favorite match in the red and white jersey with a lot of emotion.
