Like Crvena Zvezda, OFK Belgrade is a club with a rich history, and therefore the rivalry between the two clubs dates back to ancient times. The first duel between these two teams was played back in 1945, and until today, Red Star and the club from Karaburma have met a total of 157 times. The Red and Whites won 82 times, 40 times there were draws, while OFK Belgrade won 35 games. The total goal difference is 325:190 in favor of our team.

The last duel these two teams played in the 2015/2016 season was within the 16th round of the Serbian Super League at the "Rajko Mitić" stadium. The red and whites won convincingly with 4:1.
