Terzić after the draw: I am satisfied, we belong to the company of the best

- This is what we wanted, this is what we wanted. We are happy with the draw, we are playing against the best. This is not a group, but a unique table with 36 clubs and we got eight custom opponents. We are bringing European giants like Barcelona, Benfica, PSV and Stuttgart to the Maracana and they will be spectacular. Also, we are going to Bern against Young Boys, our "debtors", as well as to Milan for two games, to Monaco. Whoever we get, I would be happy. We are growing as a club year by year, we have fantastic players, a great coach, last night we showed real competitive football and that we can play against anyone. This is the level of the Champions League, with our results we managed to be here and we will not move to anyone - began Terzić.

Our general manager does not deal with calculations when it comes to points, nor does he deal with finances.

- We talked about how many points we need, but since I've been leading clubs or the association, I always go step by step and game by game. The first game is the most important, and the calculations are for the fans and the media. I want us to be focused and real in the first game, to play to the max and win. Only then will we think about the second match. As far as finance is concerned, there is Marko Petrović and people from finance. As for us, we're going to win whoever we play. We saved the team, and today we had many offers that we turned down. There was an offer of 10 million euros from the Premier League for Djiga that we rejected, for Hwang, Endiaye... Really, we want to keep the team. This is the first, historic season in this format of the Champions League and we want to present Zvezda, Belgrade and Serbia in the right light.

Terzić also spoke about the transition period that is coming to an end.

- We completed the transition period on time. We have a large pool of players and we won't be bringing anyone in, and I hope that no one will leave by midnight tomorrow. With this team, we enter the Champions League. I also said in front of Bode that this is the best team for the 10 years I've been at Zvezda, we just need two or three weeks to "set up". There are many new players, some are rough, they are not in "peak" physical condition, but I believe that after the representative break we will look as we should.
