- It is a great and mutual joy that you have spent these few days in our club, which means a lot to us, and from the smiles I see, to you and your parents, who believe that in the future you will wear the shirt of our club, which I believe you support. Crvena zvezda is a big name on the football scene, not only here in Serbia, but in Europe and the world. There is a small number of clubs in Europe and the world, which can boast of the two most valuable trophies in club football. Football is a game and it should remain so, but it is also a serious and responsible job, which requires a lot of sacrifices, in order to achieve what we all want, namely to become professional footballers and have successful careers. That requires a lot of work, yours, and especially the commitment of your parents and friends, who must understand everything you do. Do not miss to acquire other knowledge, because the percentage of successful football careers is small. I believe that you are good students and that you will be good students tomorrow, because all this can be achieved with football. I congratulate you for participating in this camp. I want you to make friends and I believe that you have made a lot of friends here and that this period at Crvena Zvezda will be an inspiration for your future work - said Svetozar Mijailović to the children.
