Topic of the day | Maracana up close and from the air after the summer renovation

Before the start of the season, the house of all of us stars got a new and fresh look. Numerous works on reconstruction the previous summer contributed to Maracana being ready for all upcoming football battles. Namely, the grass was replaced on the main and auxiliary fields of the "Rajko Mitić" stadium. The hybrid terrain gave a special shine, but also resistance to climatic conditions in Serbia. Also, the famous athletic track was covered, as well as the external facade, while graffiti with motifs of our club decorated the walls of the stadium on the east and north sides. The installation of new chairs and the painting of the stairs made the Maracana completely red and white, just in the right tone of the Red Star. The fans thus got the opportunity to comfortably enjoy every stay in their home, in addition to an excellent game on the field.
