- My name is Guy Sarfati, I am an assistant coach at Red Star. I came with the manager Barak Bahar, while specifically my job is to work with the players on the field. My goal is to determine the scope of the training, and when work on the field starts, my task is to determine the tasks on the field itself and make a good connection between the coaching staff and the players, in order to achieve the set goal during training. I usually work and think about football 24 hours a day. I'm always thinking, sometimes even dreaming about what I'm doing. I spend a lot of time preparing the training, sometimes alone, sometimes with the entire coaching staff, and in some situations only with Barak Bahar.
