- I have been involved in sports all my life, and then I was in the army where I was on the duties of specialist units in Israel. Picked up a lot of leadership qualities and knowledge. Then I finished college in England, I have a degree in sports management, and then I worked at Chelsea's academy for two years. After that, I returned to Israel and spent one year at Hapoel Tel Aviv. After that I saw Barak's team, when he was in Hapoel Be'er Sheva, and then I had a great desire to meet him and I found a way. I had a chance to talk to him and we connected really well.
