Stamenić: I am delighted with the fans and I can't wait for the Champions League

- The celebration of Maracana's 60th birthday was great, the fans delighted me once again and that is what inspires me the most in Zvezda. The passion with which people support us is incredible and that's why we have to strive for the best possible game. I believe we have a lot of room for improvement. The representative break awaits us, then the championship heats up, and the Champions League, which we all talk about and look forward to, starts - Stamenić begins.

Zvezda put starts in the Champions League against Manchester City, and Stamenić is a footballer who drew the attention of the football public in the matches against the English giants.

- I was a Copenhagen player then and we played two different games against Manchester City. We lost one, but in Denmark it was a draw and we really played a good game. What I will guide myself against Manchester City, as well as other rivals in the Champions League, is that there is no giving up. We have to be focused throughout the game and try to take advantage of our rivals' mistakes. Miracles happen at the Maracana, I already know what kind of atmosphere our fans create and I'm looking forward to the Champions League matches.
