Sheriff Endiaye presented at the Maracana

Zvezda has many ambassadors in the world, so the former red and white football player - Mamadou Mbođ - spoke highly of our club to Endiaje.

- Mbođ is my friend, we know each other from Senegal, we grew up on the same street. He told me about Zvezda in superlatives, but also about Belgrade and Serbia. He says that people are hospitable, that they live for football and I like that. It was also a motive for me to come.

He is familiar with Barak Bahar's tactical requirements.

- I know the formation and system in which Bahar plays. Personally, any tactic suits me, I can adapt, it's not a problem for me.

He believes that Zvezda has a chance to spend the winter in Europe.

- There are chances, I think that we are not in the Champions League by chance, but that it proves the quality. We have a chance to go further - emphasized Endiaye.

Sheriff Endiaye was born on January 23, 1996 in the capital of Senegal - Dakar, although he built his football career in Europe. After completing his junior training, he arrived in Beveren, but he experienced full affirmation in the Turkish championship, where the 190-centimeter-tall centre-forward first dominated in the Goztepe jersey and scored 24 goals in 73 games, and then in Adana, from which he came to our club and in in which, in 20 matches, he hit the opponent's net 13 times in total. In the meantime, he also played for Chinese Shanghai Port, where he scored nine goals in 25 matches.
