Renovation of the Maracana facade

Fast-paced work on the largest Serbian stadium is underway, and the installation of the most modern hybrid surface on the main field of the stadium, which is named after the first Zvezda star - Rajko Mitic, is expected soon. The stadium maintenance department started a complete renovation of the exterior of the western stand in the form of renovation of the facade.

The work started with the removal of the old paint and the installation of protection, after which a two-component polyurethane paint will be applied as a final coating. Of course, the red and white colors will be prominent in the motif of our club, and thus the stadium will strengthen its external appearance.

In addition to the domestic challenges, the Red Star will be competing in the group stage of the Champions League next season, and we are sure that the stands will be full. In accordance with the size of the Maracana club, it will look magnificent for the strongest football competition in Europe.
