Promoted jubilee SD Crvena zvezda logo

A public competition for the selection of the conceptual solution was announced on June 28, 2024, and after the judging, the winning graphic solution was selected, which was presented to all those present at the popular Maracana, as well as its author, master of graphic design and father of two stars - Milovan Popović.

Zvezdan Terzić, general manager of FC Crvena zvezda and president of the Board of Directors of SD Crvena zvezda, addressed those present at the promotion of the jubilee logo.

- Today we gathered for a good occasion, in order to promote the jubilee logo dedicated to the celebration of our 80th birthday, which we will mark on March 4 next year. A competition was announced, we didn't know who was doing what, all the candidates were hidden behind codes. We had an eminent composition of the jury and I can emphasize that we are satisfied with the logo on the occasion of our 80th birthday. We have been through a lot in these eight decades, a lot of effort, passion and emotion were invested by all our predecessors who laid the foundations of SD Crvena zvezda, and that must always be the path for the younger ones, bearing in mind what our famous predecessors have done. We have to win and the people who love Red Star to the greatest extent in this country are satisfied, as well as to prepare in the right way for the celebration of our 80th birthday. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the people who participated and did not win, because they invested time and emotion for our Red Star and theirs. I would also like to congratulate today's laureate, as well as to wish all our athletes who have, especially European meetings and challenges, much happiness and success in the coming period. Thank you to everyone who came and always remember what this Red Star crest, jersey and flag means. Long live Serbia, long live Red Star, thank you all - said Zvezdan Terzić.

Preparations for the 80th birthday have already begun, and the selection of the jubilee logo, which will be represented in our Sports Society during the coming year, is only the beginning of celebrating the eight historical decades of Red Star. Over the past 80 years, part of our collective has been outstanding athletes, who have gone down in history with golden letters, but also contributed to the achievement of the greatest sports results, both within the national framework and on the European and world stage.
