Although Luka Bošković had the first chance of the match already in the second, the first goal of the match was seen in the 13th minute when TSC took the lead through Skrobanja, and four minutes later Preradov doubled the advantage of the visitors. Zvezda came to their game when Zoran Rendulić made a double change, and in the 29th minute he put Stojsavljević and Krivokapić on the field instead of Ogbu and Ćebić. Immediately after that, Ignjat Brajić had a colossal chance, whose shot in the 34th minute was saved by Veljko Vojvodić. Not long after, in the 41st minute to be precise, Brajić scored a goal with a great assist from Nenad Krivokapić, and with the score 1:2, we went to the break.

They continued to attack Zoran Rendulić furiously, and after the first concrete opportunity in the second part of the game, they evened the score. Bošković sent an excellent cross into the penalty area of the team from Bačka Topola, and the shortest player on the field - Nenad Krivokapić, towered over the entire defensive line of the visitors and shook the net of Vojvodić. Already in the 56th minute, Zvezda achieved a complete turnaround, and in what way, Radonjić played past Luka Bošković, who was on the edge of the penalty area, and then followed a beautiful volley that gave the ball a great trajectory, and it fell into the small network.

Instead of the scorers of the first and third goals, David Ivić and Luka Sandulović stepped onto the field and accelerated the game of the red and white team, so in the 77th minute there was a new change in the score. Sandulović broke brilliantly on the left side and sent a shot, which Vojvodić deflected right at the leg of the captain of Crvena zvezda - Stefan Pirgić, who put the ball into the net in an attractive way. Banjac ensured that we had an uncertain ending, who reduced the score to 4:3 with an assist from Skrobanja in the 83rd minute of the match.
