Dear members of the Assembly,

Many say that it is more difficult to stay at the top than to reach the top, our Zveda has sovereignly held that top for 7 years, every time he strives to step forward and raise the ladder even higher. Every season and this last one, from the point of view of the sports goal, in particular, were very successful, record breaking.

It is far from the fact that we did not face difficulties, big and small problems. Unlike others, our team led by Zvezdan Terzić, whose most successful Zvezda decade we celebrated these days, understood this as a challenge, sought and found solutions in order to achieve the set goal.

We are proud of the unity we have achieved and are improving. We strive to put all star players even more in a position to contribute to the further work and development of the club.

This does not apply only to football players, sports experts, but, one could rightly say, to stars of all professions.

All the more, because the football team, the profession responsible for the sports result, requires logistics and support to reach that goal.

We have also made progress in this, finance, infrastructure, marketing, PR...

We are introducing novelties, which requires new knowledge in order to follow trends in the development of the football game and the club's business.

Undoubtedly, Zvezda has the most supporters in this area, we conduct numerous actions that contribute to the club's popularity.

What we cannot be satisfied with, even though we have progressed compared to last year, is the number of those who come to the games, especially the home competition. It has been noticed that even half of the season ticket holders do not attend some matches.

This suggests that it is not the price of the tickets, but some other reasons. We must deal with this problem even more persistently, especially here in Belgrade and the city and the settlements that gravitate towards it.

We have a very good organization of matches, new content for visitors, special actions with children, all in order to create a habit of supporting our team on the field.

We will continue to promote the family gathering at our stadium.

I cannot finish my address without pointing out once again the importance of the formal act of belonging to Zvezda, being a member. And we have made progress there. We can't stop there.

We must develop Fan Clubs, have trustees in almost every settlement in Serbia, Republika Srpska, Montenegro, Macedonia, in the region, have constant communication with members both with modern techniques, but also directly if possible.

This season we enter the jubilee eightieth year of our existence.

It is a challenge and a great obligation to mark it worthy of the results.

Our gaze must be forward-looking. In order to continue to be at the top, we need to lead in everything, look for the best solutions, all in order to always have a powerful team that will achieve the best sports result.

We have the resources to make it happen.

The previous work assures that we can do it successfully.
