- Dear members of the Assembly,

We can be proud of the results we achieved last season. I am afraid that someone will misinterpret my addresses to the Assembly from year to year, that they are almost identical in the last six years. In truth, it is not possible to express the attitude towards the results achieved by the club in any other way. At this Assembly, materials and presentations will show the overall work and plans of the club, there is no need to elaborate on them.

What I want to emphasize is the changed approach in business, that problems, unresolved issues, difficulties encountered in the course of work, become a challenge to find answers and solutions. And this season and work this year - it's a new challenge, to raise the ladder even higher. The combination of knowledge, strength and energy characterizes our management team, which introduces innovations that contribute to the success of our team. Our goals remain the same, to continue to be the best in Serbia, to be in the European elite competition.

We have been at the top for a long time and we want to stay there. It is legitimate that they are trying to topple us from the same top. With our work, we are, and always are, one step ahead of our competitors. That's why we're here. We must master the latest knowledge in order to take that step. All this is aimed at creating a powerful team and everything is subordinated to achieving the best sports result. We succeeded and are succeeding in this season as well, and everything is interconnected. Often, some people connect or compare our operations with the operations of commercial companies and evaluate success using classical methods based on the prescribed norms to which our club is subject. The fact is that the specifics of our business are significantly different (unknown to them) and are not really comparable.

The management of the club works to valorize the achieved sports result through marketing actions and other business activities, to increase the business income of the club, without which the most important sports result cannot be achieved. Our strength is strengthened by the achieved unity and that every Zvezda player feels that the strong Zvezda family brings progress and joy and satisfaction to everyone. We need even more stars who are ready to get involved and contribute to the achievement of the set goals.

I believe that our team, our players will do everything to make the star players fill the stands of the stadium in even greater numbers and make them happy with the result and the game. And our stadium, our house is getting new contents day by day and shines brighter and brighter.
