Slađana Nikolić's players opened the game in a great way, heading distinctively towards Kikira's goal and already in the 13th minute they took the lead. The main actor was Vasilije Kostov, who reacted fantastically to Stojković's cross and headed the ball into the visitors' net. The Red Star team continued at a high pace and scored the second goal in the 21st minute. Kostov brilliantly found Viktor Stojanović after a corner kick, who jumped brilliantly and doubled the advantage of the red and whites with his head, i.e. set the final result of the first half.

Immediately after returning to the field, we saw an even more dominant Zvezda, and already in the 47th minute, Ljujić crossed from the right flank, and Stojanović was the highest in the jump. A brilliant header whizzed just wide of the left post. The Crvena Zvezda team continued to create a large number of opportunities and already in the 49th minute scored a new goal through Vanja Marinković, who sky-jumped on Kostov's cross from the corner and checked Barlov. In the 59th minute, Stefan Stolić increased the lead to 4:0, while the return ball was left to him by Štulić, which our striker caught brilliantly and "packed" into the Kicker net. In the 86th minute, Igor Bubanja put an end to the match, he beat the goalkeeper of the visiting team with a masterful shot, and in this way he extended his goalscoring streak and set the final score of the match - 5:0.
