Nedeljković in Zvezda until 2026!

- I extended my contract with my beloved club and I feel fantastic! I dreamed and fantasized about this as a boy. However, I will not relax because I believe that the contract extension is just an incentive for the hard work that is yet to come. I thank the leaders of the club for their trust, I will do my best to fulfill their and personal expectations. The wind at my back that I got through intensive training during the preparations means a lot to me, I'm sure that a great period is behind me. I am satisfied with the work on the preparations and I believe that I imposed myself on the new head of the professional staff, Barak Bahar. I expected to show myself in a positive light during the preparation, and the confidence I possess always forces me to move forward. The dreams are still there, I want to make my debut first at Maracana, then to make as many appearances as possible and leave a deep mark in Zvezda. My family is my support, my parents along with my brother and sister are always there for me - Nedeljkovic said after signing the contract.

Kosta Nedeljkovic was born on December 16, 2005 in Smederevo and has passed all the junior categories of our club. He built his entire career near the right outside line, where he profiled himself as a standard and reliable defender in the position of right back. Growing up at the Crvena zvezda Youth School, he wore the jersey of all the junior selections of the Serbian national team. In the previous competition year, he was the leader of our club's youth team in the Youth Champions League, while he spent the last six months in the development team of Zvezda playing senior football. The impressive games recommended him to become a part of the first team of Red Star, while right at the beginning of the preparations, first in Zlatibor, and then in Russia, he showed extraordinary talent that was immediately noticed by the coaching staff of our club headed by Israeli expert Barak Bahar. Zvezda's child has pledged his loyalty to the red and white colors until 2026, and we are sure that he will represent a great reinforcement for our club in all future challenges.
