Milijaš: Dedicated work creates Zvezda's first team players

- All the players came healthy, which is the most important thing, and they respected the program they had during the break. A large number of players have moved from cadets to youth players, many of them will play their second year already for juniors, we know each other and now everything is easier to work with. The result is important, but the most important is the formation of players for the first team. Our goal is that as many players as possible manage to fight for a place in the first team and that they are lucky enough to play at the Maracana, and some of them leave a huge mark. Of course, they are aware that titles are a given at Zvezda and that every game is about winning, it's simply in their DNA if they are here. We will fight to be the first, but it is nothing new neither for them nor for us - began Milijaš.

The former Zvezda captain has at his disposal a large number of players who played in the European Championship under the age of 17.

- It is the success of the school and the club that so many players went to the European Championship. They made a good result, but now they have to continue like that. Expectations are getting higher, but that's normal at Zvezda. It is a younger generation compared to the competitors, but a talented one. They will of course have to prove themselves from week to week. That championship is now in the archive, let's move on.

One of them is precisely the stopper Vuk Roganović.

- We missed football and couldn't wait to get back. We are here to work and prepare for the season as best as possible, and the European Championship brought us additional experience for everything that awaits us. I am looking forward to working with coach Milijaš, who is a Zvezda legend. We will try to win the title, of course. As far as the team is concerned, most of us who were born in 2007 are here, there are older players as well as new players. I believe that we will fit in well - underlined Roganović.
