Krunic presented at the Maracana

Our president Svetozar Mijailović, as well as sports director Mitar Mrkela, who also spoke about Krunić, welcomed him.

- Rade Krunic is a huge reinforcement for Crvena zvezda. It's about a player we've wanted for years, and who is a big star himself, as he's talked about many times. He is an excellent footballer, he comes from a high level, he played in Italy for Milan and Empoli, and he came to Zvezda from Fenerbahce. He is therefore adapted to a high level of football and is the type of player that we absolutely need. Krunic is someone who can immediately contribute to the results of Zvezda and I am sure that he will be part of the future success of our club, and will help us to be even better - said Mrkela.

For Krunić, this is the realization of a boyhood dream, about which he has been openly, proudly and star-struck for a decade.

- I am the happiest man in the world. It's a wonderful feeling to come to Maracana, take a picture with the jersey, to be represented in the club you love. I just have to run in front of the full stands and make that dream come true. I hope that the fans will come on Saturday in large numbers to support us - emphasized Krunic.
