Knežević: We work hard, we are aware of what Zvezda demands

- There were goals and assists, but what is most important to me is that I won the double crown with Zvezda. I was on dual registration in OFK Belgrade, in the beginning I played more there and with good games I deserved to get minutes in Zvezda as well. A successful season is behind me, but I believe that the next one will be even better. The goal is the double crown and Europe with Zvezda - began Knežević.

He trains hard in Zlatibor.

- Trainings are hard, but we expected it to be like that. It's hard work, but we have a good recovery, great nutrition and all the conditions for the preparations to go smoothly. Trainings vary in terms of length and intensity, but we are already used to it. In the morning, there are usually shorter training sessions with a higher intensity, while in the afternoon they last longer and we work more with the ball. After the morning training, we all crave football even more. Joking aside, we all train hard and stick together.

With his attitude and behavior, Knežević stood out as a "captain" among younger players.

- I'm glad if that's the impression. In any case, a lot of younger players are there, and I think I still fall into that category. However, many youths and cadets are involved in training and are doing great for now. They are smart, they work hard, they watch and absorb all the advice. Whenever I can help them, I do so - emphasized Knežević.
