Cadets started preparations

19 players responded to the roll call, namely: Jovan Miladinović, Pavle Bekonja, Danilo Bulatović, Strahinja Stojković, Viktor Stojanović, Đorđe Cvetković, Vanja Marinković, Goražd Ristovski, Igor Bubanja, Petar Manojlović, Mladen Grujić, Đorđe Ranković, Konstantin Pantić, Ognjen Mišić , Matija Đurović, Stefan Mladenovski, Aleksandar Ljujić, Davorin Tošić and Stefan Stolić.

The cadets will work in Belgrade until July 20, followed by ten days of preparations in Vrnjačka Banja and sharpening their form for the start of the season. Talented coach Filip Ostojić will be Slađan Nikolić's first assistant this season as well.

- We are starting a new cycle, a new season is ahead of us, but Zvezda always has the highest expectations and we are aware of that. The mood is high, we all rested and recharged our batteries, so we continue to work. We know the players, we also spoke with Milorad Vilotić, who managed them last season and instructed us. We will fight, we want to bring the title back to Maracana. We are proud to see that in the first team of Crvena zvezda - Nedeljković, Šljivić and Mijatović, who two years ago were at the same starting point as these guys today, I believe that is the motivation for everyone - said Ostojić, and Nikolić's coaching staff Srđan Ivović (fitness coach) and Marko Trkulja (goalkeeper coach) are also included.
