- In the first part of the championship, the selection of boys born in 2012 finished in the division of the leadership position with eight victories. We achieved eight triumphs in the same number of matches played, while one match went to us by official result. The emphasis was primarily on the training plan, and the kids worked at a high level with absolute commitment and engagement. I am glad that the guys who were in the "second" plan managed to rise, draw attention to themselves primarily through their work and effort on the field. They showed that they can be seriously counted on. On the other hand, the group of players who are expected to be the leaders of this generation have raised the level of the game to a level above which they were - emphasized Milić.

The key to a boy's development, but also to good results, lies in a great relationship with co-workers.

- Really great communication with fitness coach Ivan Prančić and coordinator Dejan Šiljković, where we managed to raise the level of selection to an even higher level, first of all motorically, functionally and finally in technical-tactical finesse. I must not leave out coach Slaviš Šuš, who made my job easier because he left behind an extremely talented and promising generation in which he invested a lot of effort and energy. We also receive great support in our work from the coordinator for base years - Vladimir Cvjetićanin.

Even though part of the championship is over, the pre-fives of Crvena zvezda continue their hard work.

- In the following period, we will play a few friendly matches, then make a summary of what has been done and carry out the selection of players. We don't want to be satisfied with the current state for a single moment, but on the contrary, we strive to be stronger and better again than in the previous period. Two tournaments await us, first in the domestic framework, and then the international one. This is where we will give a chance to the new players we decide on - concluded Milić.
