On Monday, July 3, the second shift of the big Zvezda Camp in Belgrade started, which will last five days. The camp called "Make your dreams come true" allows the children, in addition to training and testing, to get to know Zvezda, i.e. its history, as well as the "Rajko Mitić" stadium, which will remain a memory for a lifetime.
It is known that our Youth School organizes camps all over the world, and in Belgrade this year, due to great interest, this program takes place in two shifts. In the first shift, which ended on June 30, 87 boys and one girl participated, while for the second shift, which lasted until July 7, slightly fewer children signed up.
At the opening of the second shift of the Zvezda Camp in Belgrade, Nikola Jelić, the head coach of the Crvena Zvezda Youth School, addressed the children and wished them the best of luck in staying at our club.
- Welcome to FC Red Star and our Youth School. To begin with, I will welcome you, considering that you are currently in the biggest club in the region, and that the best coaches will work with you. I hope that you will feel comfortable, that you will learn some new things and that you will return to your clubs with more football knowledge, and we will keep the most talented ones and allow them to fight for the Red Star team in our selection. Don't let the big name of our club weigh you down, feel free to relax and ask the coaches and the camp organizer if you don't understand anything. I really wish you a lot of luck to realize your dreams and to play for the first team of Zvezda, as Dejan Joveljić did - Nikola Jelić told the children.
