- Unfortunately, I didn't play against Brodarac, but I played for the younger youth in a friendly match with Maccabi, so I feel great and I can't wait for the game with Voždovac. I saw how my friends managed, seven goals in the opponent's net, quite a dominant game. I think we can do even better, and we will show it in the Champions League - said Gojkov.

The epithet of the player of the match certainly belonged to Cvetković, given his fantastic performance.

- The most important thing is that we won, but of course the fact that I scored two goals with two assists also means a lot to me. We opened the season in the best possible way, and we want to continue in that rhythm. We created cohesion in the team, despite the fact that there are football players of different ages in the team, we all socialize outside the field and we all gathered around a common goal - claims Cvetković.

Marinković is the new captain of Zvezda's youth team.

- As Zvezda's child, it is an honor for me to wear the captain's armband, even in a friendly match, and the feeling is even better when it is an official match. I've been at the club for a long time, I know well what the requirements are, and we want to win the Serbian Youth League and make the best possible impression in the Youth Champions League. We have a great team and we are looking forward to new challenges - says Marinković.

There is no doubt that Bubanj is a capital reinforcement for the Zvezda youth team.

- I am glad that we entered the season with a victory against Brodarac, and as for me, with the goal I showed that the injury is a thing of the past and that I am ready for the biggest challenges. The Champions League matches will be a real benchmark for us to see where we are, but I think we will have something to show in the competition where the most talented footballers in Europe are. The experience I have from senior football is valuable - said Bubanj.
