Behind the south of the Maracana - Successful checks of youth and cadets in Vrnjačka Banja

Crvena zvezda cadets achieved their first triumph in the preparations by defeating Napredek juniors with a score of 1:2. The red and white team took the lead in the 40th minute through Vasilij Subotić, who, after an assist from Pavlo Štulic, shot powerfully from the edge of the penalty area and scored accurately for 0:1. At the very beginning of the second half, the home team managed to equalize from a penalty. The result changed in the 89th minute, when Pavle Krstić stood out in the end, scoring the winning goal on a pass from Dušan Jovanović.

The youths of our club defeated the seniors of Jedinstva 1936 in the first control match during the preparations in Vrnjačka Banja with a score of 0:3. Nenad Milijaš's team scored the first goal in the 17th minute, when Đorđe Ranković was the scorer. The first half ended with the minimal lead of our club's juniors, and the advantage was doubled in the 75th minute by Ognjen Teofilović, who handled himself well in the penalty area and sent the ball behind the opponent's goalkeeper. Just five minutes later, another goal followed, and this time Ognjen Mišić shook the net, who also set the final result of the match.
