Nevertheless, we all showed together that even though we are an extremely young team, we have quality and can play good football. The goal is to continue like this, and as far as I'm concerned, I'm going step by step. I'm never satisfied, I'm focused on the future, and of course I see myself as Zvezda's child in the first team. I will work hard for it and I hope that I will have this kind of debut at the Maracana as well - said Petrović.

If children are worked with properly and if a winning mentality is instilled in them from a young age, then they are ready to bravely confront older and more experienced players on the field, and these are the fruits of the work of the Crvena Zvezda Youth School. You saw, we had 11 bonus players on the field, two more came from the bench, the average of the team is about 19 years old. Many of them met senior football for the first time and that was at a difficult and important away game for us, but I am proud that they went to the game without fear and completely relaxed. There will of course be fluctuations, after all, they are young players, but they have a bright future ahead of them and everyone who loves football should be a regular at our games and support Zvezda's children. I am certainly proud of the fact that we set a precedent in Serbian football and I can only say that we will continue to work on the development of players - said Nedjić, and then he looked back at the match.

- There were many opportunities on both sides, but we have to be better in execution. It's nice that we are creating chances, but we have to score goals from them. However, I am satisfied with the victory and the way we reached the triumph, as well as with how the children coped with an older and more experienced team. A lot of nice actions, a lot of integrated situations from training, but of course there are also many things to correct.
