At the first training, Neđić had 28 football players, namely: Ivan Guteša, Stefan Marinković, Bogdan Marinković, Vuk Draškić, Boris Matić, Aleksej Vukičević, Fejvor Ogbu, Nemanja Vidojević, Tadija Crnojević, Veljko Milosavljević, Viktor Radojević, David Petrović, Bratislav Marić, David Đurić, Filip Vasiljević, Marko Ćurić, Andrej Petrović, Luka Krsmanović, Andrija Maksimović, Luka Bošković, Milan Bajić, Jusuf Fajsal, Veljko Vukojević, Džosua Tucker, Milenko Mijatović, Aleksandar Kahvić, Andrej Škobalj and Ivan Nikčević.

As things stand, the Graficar team will be even younger compared to the previous season, considering that 14 players have joined the team from the Crvena Zvezda Youth School: Boris Matić, Fejvor Ogbu, Nemanja Vidojević, Bratislav Marić, Luka Bošković, Jusuf Fajsal , Ivan Nikčević (2004), Andrej Škobalj (2005), David Đurić, Andrej Petrović, Veljko Vukojević (2006), Vuk Draškić, Veljko Milosavljević, Andrija Maksimović (2007).

Before the first training session in the new competitive year, the strategist of Grafičar - Marko Neđić spoke.

- A short vacation, but we all couldn't wait to come back and gather again, because it's the best for us on the field. We are much younger compared to the previous season, there are a large number of youth and cadets, both Red Star and Graficar. We are used to it, that the situation changes every six months, first of all because the footballers compete, both for Red Star and for other teams from the Super League, and we are satisfied with that. There is no change in philosophy, we continue to play attacking, to score more goals and to develop footballers for the Red Star first team. When it comes to preparations, we will train in Belgrade for two weeks, and then we will go to Zlatibor, where we will do the main preparation phase for the next season - the talented expert pointed out.
