Dragović: Thanks to the fans, I joined the season campaign

- Crvena zvezda has grown a lot compared to last year, a lot has changed, but the support from the stands still means the most to us. The fans are our 12th player, they are always behind us and I thank them for that. When we play at a full Maracana, we feel that we can handle even the strongest opponents. That's why, together with several other teammates, I joined the campaign for Premium season tickets, and soon you will find out what it is all about - pointed out Aleksandar Dragović.

With the captain's armband on his arm, the experienced defender will lead the red and whites in the next challenges.

- The Red Star captain's armband is an honor and a privilege, but I must mention that the most important thing to me is the team. It's a great group of guys, who go out on the field together with the same goal, which is to show a good game and record a victory, I'm glad to be a part of this team.

The staunch stopper spoke about the Champions League, but also about the qualities of the team.

- We play great, we look phenomenal on the field. I think we can achieve a good result in the Champions League, but we have to go from game to game, think only about our game and give our maximum, to make our fans happy. We have the potential to pass the group, but it is too early to talk about it now, we have matches in the championship waiting for us, as well as the draw for the best European competition, which we are all looking forward to.

Dragović fitted in brilliantly into the work system of the new head of professional staff - Barak Bahar.

- The cooperation with Barak Bahar looks great, I believe it can be seen on the field as well. We like this style of play, which includes high pressing, as the results show. I hope we will continue to give our best and score as many goals as possible for our fans.
