Zvezda's child Andrej Đurić, who returned to his parent club after two years on loan, has the opportunity to impose himself on the head of the coaching staff Vladan Milojević during these preparations.
- I am happy to be back at Zvezda and to have the opportunity to work with coach Milojević. He really has a great relationship with all of us and everything works in the best order. For now I'm here with the first team, but we'll see what happens. As for me, I will do my best to impose myself and stay at Zvezda - began Đurić.
The staunch defender had no rest.
- Trainings are difficult, but everything works as it should. Personally, I didn't even have a rest, because I was working on rehabilitating a minor injury, so I didn't even stop training. But now I'm at full strength. I generally enjoy working here, but like every player, I like working with the ball the most. I also like weight training. Basically, nothing is difficult for me.
Loans have brought him valuable experience.
- I am satisfied with the previous season, despite the injury. I am glad that I had the opportunity to play in Europe and now I have additional experience for Zvezda. If I compare Slovenia and Slovakia, I would say that the first league is developmental, while the second requires a lot of physics. We didn't work that much with the ball, everything was subordinated to physics and it was really demanding, but it's also a new experience.
The captain of the class of 2003 fondly remembers his debut for the first team of Zvezda.
- That experience means a lot to me. Only when I compare the first preparations I went through with Zvezda and today, everything is different. Now I feel I can handle everyone. Of course, I also fondly remember that period when I made my debut for Zvezda. It was an amazing experience to play at Maracana in front of great fans. My heart was full - concluded Đurić.
