Fast transition in focus

After the joint warm-up, the Red Star footballers were divided into two groups, and we were able to observe the work on two fronts, more precisely on the field and in the gym. The team that was in the gym did strength exercises, while the rest of the team, first of all, practiced the passing game on a smaller part of the field, and then they worked on the organization of attack and defense. The focus was on a quick transition.

We had the opportunity to see and hear a lot of praise from the coaching staff at the expense of our players, after they managed to shake the net. Certainly, the mentioned part of training was the most important and exhausted our footballers the most, considering that the demands on them are very high. From what we have seen, we can guess what kind of Zvezda we will see in the autumn part of the championship, and we believe that we will enjoy a lot of beautiful goals, as was the case today.

The goalkeepers worked on their part of the field, and they joined the team in working on the end. Then, after another grueling training session, the red and white team headed to the hotel, where after lunch they will have an afternoon rest, and then they will meet on the field for the second time today at around 18:00.
