Aces Maracana | Žarko Đurović

Žarko Đurović was born in 1961 in Belgrade. He played for Crvena zvezda in two terms, the first from 1981 to 1984, and the second time from 1985 to 1989. He was a reliable midfielder in the ranks of our club, and with his knowledge and effort in the maneuvering area, as well as important goals, he fought for the status of Zvezda's legend. He scored in the anthological match against Real Madrid in 1987, in a historic 4:2 victory for Red Star in front of a packed Maracana.
