The Red Star footballers continued their preparations for the start of the season, and after yesterday afternoon, during which they got the go-ahead from our head of the profession, they eagerly welcomed the first challenge, out of two that follow them today.

One training break had a good effect on Vladan Milojević's team, who met their first challenge this morning. It should be emphasized that the coaching staff did not spare the players, and during the 90 minutes, high intensity and exercises were seen until the ultimate effort of endurance.

It all started with training on a smaller field with props intended for activation, so that they would be ready for a strong and strenuous training session. They were then greeted by machines and weights for strength exercises, as well as elastic bands, and after a while it seemed that the soccer players were eagerly awaiting the game with the ball.

When it was time for the main part of training, a lot of work was done on improving attacking abilities and improving finishing, and Milojević used the three-on-two game as an exercise. The other part of the team waited at the training ground, they had to pass the obstacles one by one, bounce on the balance balls, and after passing the mannequins, they played a double pass and adjusted the finish to perfection.

At the end of the hard training, they had to run long distances, which was very difficult for them after all the activities, judging by the faces of the players. Nevertheless, the smiles and jokes that are not absent these days in Zlatibor show that there is a great atmosphere with the red and whites and that they are eagerly awaiting the start of the season. In addition to all the players, a duo trained separately who want to return to the field as soon as possible, namely Vladimir Lučić and Adem Avdić.
