Crvena zvezda Head Coach spoke about the 0-0 draw with CSKA Moskva on Tuesday night. He stated that there were many positives on show from his team, but that finishing needs to be better.
“I'm happy with the majority of the match. Both teams were on a long winter break ahead of this game and it was important for both sets of fans. After 90 minutes of football, nothing has really changed – CSKA Moskva are still the favourites and we still need to be more ruthless and finish off chances that we create.”
“We played well and competed against a very tough team, showed no fear and tried to attack.”
“It's a good thing that we're creating chances and getting into good positions. It's bad that we're not making them count, though. That's something we need to improve. Maybe next week we bring out shooting boots.”
Milojević couldn't pick Richmond Boakye tonight.
“Richmond is still in some pain and we didn't want to risk him. Players' health is our utmost priority and we won't ever do anything to endanger it. We are hopeful that Boakye will be fir for second leg, but we will have to wait and see.”
