Crvena zvezda will host CSKA Moskva with the capacity crowd behind them after UEFA accepted the club's appeal.
This great news mean that the suspension won't stand and that this important match on 13 February will not be played behind closed doors.
Managing Director Zvezdan Terzić commented on the decision.
“I'm very pleased. Our legal team has done well to win the case and ensure we play our big game with the full stadium behind us – just as it should be. Our fans must be careful. We don't ever want to play matches without them in the stands.”
Director Terzić thanked Zoran Laković and our former captain Dejan Stanković, who now have roles with UEFA.
“Laković and Stanković did their best to aid Crvena zvezda in this difficult situation and we are very grateful to them. We are happy because the club will continue to push forward and hit the news for the right reasons. We now face a couple of important matches as we look to progress in the UEFA Europa League.”
